Behind The Music

FBIWET has been around since July 2002, they were just afraid to ever come out of the shadows. It basically started when Gabe and C-ris were talking one day about music and stuff and since Gabe was recently kicked out of a band called Oneiric. He decided to start a band with Chris who just recently started to play bass. At first they sucked, infact they sucked so much that...well that's not important right now... anyways...Gabe and Chris jammed alot and just practiced at their skills.

By October 2002, Gabe and Chris became amatures at playing their instruments so they decided to find a drummer who already had a drumset, but since they live in Wells and not many people have drumset and are also really good at playing the drums so they turned to Kris Lizotte. Gabe talked to Kris at one point about playing the drums, he loved the idea but there was one problem. No Drumset. So Gabe tried his best to find an affordable drumset for Kris and even promised to pay for some of it if Kris paid him back. But Kris said he pay for himself with a little help from his parents. So he went out and bought a $900 Mapex Drumset compared to the $350 CB Drumset Gabe thought he should have bought (but what the fuck does Gabe know). So Finally there was some what of a band.

By November 2002, Gabe, Chris and Kris decided that they needed a Lead Guitarist, someone who did not suck, so one night they were talking to Tyson Chambers. Tyson thought it was a cool idea. So he said it'd be cool with him but just don't tell anyone keep it a secret because he was in another band and he thought that they wouldn't approve of the punk genre. So they practiced in secret, no one really knew about them except for a few close friends.

By January 2003 they were functioning just like a real band but one problem, they didn't have a single song written. So Gabe found some lyrics that he had written over the summer and him and tyson sat down and started to put music to it. They did sucessfully do this and finally had their first song written. So they continued to practice and have written more songs to this day and plan to have a concert real soon, as long as other bands give them a chance and at least let them open for them...(<<hint if you haven't figured that out)

Early May 2003, Tyson quit for reasons unknown.. started rocking the 3-man band scene, but were still looking around for a lead guitarist who had skills

Mid September 2003, Mike Fahey joins the band and amazes the band with his Jimi Hendrix riffs... Gabe's jaw hits the floor. Gabe also bought a new guitar... $600. It's his dream guitar A Flying V.
